'Our room was very nice. The overall interior and landscape design of Al Wadi is very charming. Although this property is located in a rural area, it is quite urban in its design, featuring a modern, antique, and chic aesthetic in this boutique hotel. All I can say is that we were pleasantly surprised by Al Wadi. '

'Staff were great. The hotel is falling apart. Evidently two of the owners passed away and the place seems to be struggling. Some of the public areas in the hotel look to be junk storage. The bed was rock hard, like sleeping on cardboard. The place is situated in an unpleasant part of the West side. Breakfast was fine. I’m sorry I can’t offer a kinder review. I cannot recommend this hotel.'

We had a beautiful view watching the hot air balloons and we sat in the roof area which is where we also had breakfast, having a quiet drink in the evening. We didn’t use the pool due to time but it was spotless clean and well maintained. The hotel manager and his staff were very friendly, professional and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend.'

'So much was wrong. They failed to pick us up from the airport. We were there for 3 days and 2. The first room smelled (the covers, bedding, and rug). The toilet couldn’t flush properly. The in-room phone didn’t work. They didn’t answer the WhatsApp number. So, every time there was an issue we had to send our kid to the main building to speed with the receptionist. 'Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos 3 nuits au Eyaru Palace Hotel. Celui-ci est situé un peu en dehors du centre-ville de Louxor. L'endroit directement au bord du Nil, était parfait pour nous reposer de nos excursions entre la rive ouest et la rive est. Nour, notre hôte, a particulièrement été très gentil et accueillant. 'Excellent hospitality!!! Mr Musa was beyond helpful and kind. The food was yummy I give 10/10 to the chef!!! The staff were helpful and kind well mannered. If you want to experience the village side of the country Nile panorama hotel is the beat choice . My family/kids and I enjoyed staying there alot . I recommend this place !!!'
