Our five-acre hilltop property with Spa and great outdoor space with multiple gas fire pits is located within 5 minutes drive of the wineries and within 10 minutes drive from the Temecula City area, including the historic Old Town Temecula. It is in the perfect location, with a feeling of privacy yet close to everything. Just imagine watching breathtaking California sunsets from your own private mountain or enjoying your morning coffee while watching hot air balloons rise on both sides of the house.

When you enter the home you are welcomed to large sliding doors showcasing a panoramic view of the Temecula Valley. You walk right into an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. The area features a pool table, ambient electric fireplace (not for heating), large fully equipped kitchen with a massive walk-in pantry to store all your supplies for the trip. The kitchen has an indoor grill, dual ovens, toaster oven, combo K-Cup and regular coffee maker, all the cabinet storage you could ever need, and a large built-in freezer/fridge with filtered water/ice.

The living room also features a 75” TV with soundbar and a comfortable reclining couch to enjoy your time together. There is a ¼ bath and laundry room located just off the living room.

The outdoor area is full of amenities with a built-in outdoor kitchen(BBQ grill/Sink/Bar Counter), Ping Pong table with bench seating, and two fire pits each with their own unique seating. The patios are covered to escape the sun with lighting and fans throughout. There is a six person hot tub next to one of the fire pits for everyone to enjoy the views while by the fire or in the hot tub. Our fire pits, and BBQ grill are connected to the house’s central propane supply so that you never run out.

The home features five bedrooms. Starting with a large master bedroom with a Cal King bed and pull-out twin couch. The master bathroom has a soaking tub, and a beautifully tiled shower for two with Rain, Wall and Handheld shower heads, all with views overlooking the valley. To the right of the main entry is a large two queen bedroom that comfortably sleeps four people. On the opposite side of the house from the master bedroom you will find three bedrooms. Two of these rooms have Queen Beds and one of them has two Twin XL (long twins) beds. On this side of the house is another bathroom with a shower.

The property has two exterior security cameras. There is one over garage and one at the rear entry of the property. In compliance with Riverside code; we use NoiseAware monitoring system for noise compliance. No audio is recorded. A property use rental agreement will be sent for e-signature prior to check-in.
