'Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

'We arrived late at night after leaving a hotel 15 minutes away that turned out to be dreadful. We felt so welcome here - the kindest, most welcoming people, and very cosy, spotless, pretty rooms, with welcome baskets of much-appreciated snacks. Very comfy, quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we needed. We will definitely stay again on our trips to visit family locally.'

'The staff were very welcoming & friendly. The lady at reception saved me a trip to Aldi when I realised I had forgotten my toothbrush by given me a complimentary one. The only downside was the lift was out of order and my room was on the top floor. Luckily, I only had a small suitcase to carry up the 49 winding steps.'

'Room was excellent. More detailed instructions on how to access the property would have helped, eg. Enter the car park and follow the lane at rear. '
