'Apart from the noise of the traffic in and around the guest house it was a great place to stay unfortunately the nearest parking was either on some estate 2-5mins up the road and in bad conditions not ideal or parking at the Severn Valley Railway which Station it’s self(£4 charge for 24 hour parking) however gates are locked at 7:30pm. Otherwise a nice place friendly staff'

'What a wonderful place…Jules was an incredible host nothing was too much trouble. Home baked cakes in our room every day lovely touch! Breakfast was excellent, she catered for all diets, vegan, gluten free. There were 2 fellow guests who were totally unreasonable and seemed to moan about everything! Such a shame when Jules and her son Andreas went above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Some people are only happy when they’re moaning! If you see a negative review dismiss it….Heritage View...

'It was different as it was a very small room in a complex of rooms and suites in very old buildings on a hillside. Our view was of old rooftops...lovely.'

'Kateshill is an absolute gem and manager Sam made our recent stay a joy. She makes you feel like you are home from home. The full English breakfasts are incredible. The bedrooms are huge. Everything about our stay was perfect and I would return in a heartbeat. The grounds are beautiful and immaculate. I recommend highly. '

'Stayed at the ruby apartment. Was hesitant to stay as there wasn’t many reviews but it was local to where I was working so thought it give it a try. Arrived at the apartment block fairly late but clear clear instructions before my arrival made it easy to gain access to my apartment. Key was in a key safe by the front door.
