Flats in Tejeda

'Een uitstekend gelegen, modern ingericht en verzorgd appartement, zicht op zee, veel licht en zon, groot dakterras dat ons toeliet om tijdens de lockdown (Corona) toch nog eens buiten te komen. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig behalve keukenhanddoeken, blikopener en een afsluitdop voor de spoelbak in de keuken. Zeer goede wifi en dat kwam wel van pas tijdens de lockdown.'

'Wir waren dort 14 Tage in November. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell, gut aufgeteilt und mit wunderbare Meerblick. Der Vermieter(Christian) und die Kontaktperson vor Ort(Oliver) waren sehr, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gern wieder.'

'Good position and apartment.'

'This is a nice apartment with large outside area. The apartment is fully equipped for 4 people and the showers are excellent. We all agreed that it was very clean on arrival (not something we always have!). Underground parking for the car is a good facility as the parking spaces on the road are often fully occupied. Very nice pool and sunbathing area although the fingerprint admittance system is inconsistent. The fingerprints of some people will allow entry to he pool area but others won't. We...

'Die große Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie bietet mit 3 Schlafzimmern viel Platz. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster ist traumhaft. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, da man einerseits direkt an der Bucht von Arinaga wohnt, aber auch mit Arinaga zentral genug am Autobahnnetz der Insel. Leider hatten wir bei Ankunft das Pech, dass die Putzfirma nicht gut gesäubert hat. Das konnte jedoch durch Carmelo schnell gelöst werden, sodass nach etwas Stress die Wohnung recht sauber war.
