Cottages in Tavira

'We had great week at this villa. The apartment/ house is very complete. Comfortable beds, huge kitchen, and a nice terras with sun umbrellas and lots of chairs. It offers a lot of privacy in the middle of the orange grove. Maria is a great host. She took the time to welcome us with a basket of fresh oranges from the grove. She whas available during our stay for questions, but gave us all the privacy we needed. The swimming pool is also very nice. Very secluded and with lots of shade if needed....

'Heel vriendelijke mensen. Goede ligging om de oostkust te ontdekken. Het huisje is in orde. Alles is netjes wel is het tweepersoonsbed een beetje klein voor ons. Voor de rest is alles ok . Zeker aan te raden. Yolande'

'Causy, nice for 2 persons when you stay for longer than a week. You are really a part of Tavira here. The host, Emilia is super and friendly. Good for us was the little patio behind the frontdoor: bikes and stuff had a good place there.'

'Luazinha is een authentiek en schattig vissershuisje op een fraaie plek. Vrij uitzicht op de lagune in een rustige omgeving. Kilometers rustige zandstranden in de omgeving.'

'Omdat we het met het weer erg getroffen hebben - we waren in Pinheiro/ Catita half februari - hebben vele uren op het grote dakterras doorgebracht. Dan komt het vakantiegevoel gemakkelijk boven! De omgeving is rustig en er zijn diverse mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes. En voor wandelaars is het goede plek. De keuken is goed uitgerust, badkamer is ruim, tweepersoons bed aan de smalle kant. Tuinmeubels zouden vervangen moeten worden. Internet is niet krachtig. Wij, twee 60 plussers, hebben genoten...

'Péssimo acesso longe de tudo, nem lá estive 1 hora. Houve alguns aspectos positivos. Muito asseada a casa e com tudo o que seria necessário para lá permanecer.'

'Lovely historic house right in the centre of town. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were very modern and well equipped. It was useful to have some cupboard items such as coffee etc. It was quiet even though was in the middle of town. The owner was helpful when we had problems with the key. One of the fans in the small bedroom did not work but I'm sure it would have been sorted out if we had contacted the owner.'
