The Beach Place - Papamoa Beach

Summary:
This unique accommodation is located across the road from the beautiful Papamoa beach . Offering two separate sunlit cabins, The main cabin comprises of two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds , living , dining , bathroom and kitchen. The second cabin offers the scullery kitchen, laundry and another bathroom. Sliding doors open onto a spacious tropical garden and outdoor living area perfect for alfresco living and BBQ meals.

The Space:
Across the road from the beautiful Papamoa beach yet not on the main road, this is the perfect spot for families and couples getaways.
A short 5 minute drive away from major shopping , cafes and restaurants. Papamoa is recognized as the less busy and more relaxed beach resort in the Bay of Plenty

We can provide quality highchairs and porta-cots with clean fresh linen, these can be ready at your property in time for your stay.

Plenty of parking for cars and boats. There is also a charging unit for Electric bikes for cycle enthusiasts as well as a lockable shed for your bikes.
Maximum number of guests staying is 4 this is not to be exceeded unless by prior approval. Leave the premises in a clean and tidy state. Whilst we appreciate you are on holiday please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and no parties. Do not use the property for unlawful purposes. Check in time is 3pm or by prior arrangement Check out time is 10am or by prior arrangement. An extra surcharge applies if failure to comply

A modern home tucked away down a long drive. Well-presented; fresh & clean. Super comfy beds. Safe area for children to run around and play. Awesome little place!

Had a fabulous stay. Nice and private, supermarkets are really close and the beach is right across the road to enjoy a spot of fishing and/or a romantic fire at night. The beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The hosts communicated really well, with the added bonus of letting us in early so we could store our food in the fridge. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Awesome Beach Bach!

We had a wonderful stay at your bach. It is really cute and incredibly warm. We had a lovely time. The access to the beach was so cool. Great location. Acceptable for the Price

The dishwasher was in the Bach with a shower, toilet, washing machine. From the promotion online we understood that the second bedroom was in a seperate Bach, but it wasn’t. Also there were no blinds or curtains or hooks to hang clothes on.The 2 bedrooms were very small with only 1 small wardrobe in 1 of the rooms. Apart from all the above we still enjoyed our stay.

Compact and convenient

Cute little place in a quiet location. Larger bedroom could do with bedside storage for clothing. The addition of a couple of hooks on back of bathroom door would be helpful. Also outside rubbish bin for council bag whilst it is being filled. Property manager very helpful in sorting a problem. Would stay here again.
