'Front desk person was extremely rude. Left early due to a leak in the ceiling. Offered to move my room but then i asked for a refund he said i would have to talk to expedite but didnt say he was unwilling too. Left instead of switching & tried to get a refund for the days i didn’t stay. Expedia said its up to the hotel & called he said i won't give him a refund & i told him that & offered to accommodate the room due to the leak & supposedly i chose to leave. Maybe be direct about your intention...

'I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the staff. It was a quick check in time, easy check out. The only inconvenience was the lack of parking. There was an event going on so there was no parking we had to drive around a few times and then park in a handicap spot until something opened up. Other than that we had a great time. Food recommendations were a 5/5! '

'The inside and outside of the motel looked like you stayed in a very luxe resort, but for a reasonable price. We asked for a smokers room, but we wondered if it really was a smokers room because it smelled very fresh. Very comfy beds and clean, nice blankets. It was great. The only thing that could be upgraded are the towels. They are really tiny. We would stay here again. '

'The property does not feel safe. No hot water. Water leaked to the next floor. Online pics is definitely not what you get I do want to say though the woman I checked in with and the young lady I checked out after booking another hotel that night, were great it was not their fault and the manager who reached out to me refunded me my money with no questions.
