'We had a great stay at the Kempinski High Tatrus. This hotel had an established, genuinely 5 star feel. It knows what it is, and delivers brilliantly. The setting is outstanding, with a frozen lake and snow on the ground, but we didn’t see a cloud in 4 days. The service is great, and the breakfast generous. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable; there is a pillow and duvet menu… all in a great stay. '

'Hotel Lomnica is the absolutely top choice in High Tatras. Every single team member we met was, without fault, friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented. The state of the property is impeccable, and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Both cafe and restaurant offer exquisite fare (the price point is a bit higher but most definitely worth it). The room looked at the mountains, was spacious, and even featured a bath. Will most definitely come back!'

'Strange maze of corridors, 3rd floor room was extremely small and difficult to move around in. Windows were on ceiling, making it impossible to open and close them or even get the room adequately dark inside. Spa was nice, but hot-tub was only warm, not hot. Overpriced place, but lovely staff that highly trained and welcoming. '

'We stayed for 3 nights in mid-August 2022. Great central location. We had a good experience in terms of the suite (clean, living room with sofa bed, bedroom, hallway, large bathroom with shower). Everything was recently renovated and priced reasonably. The included buffet breakfast was always fresh and a good variety. Fresh coffee could be ordered at the bar. There was no air-conditioning, but the room wasn't hot, it was okay for us. Our daughter forgot her teddy bear at the hotel, when I called...

'Best location in Zakopane if you are there for nature and hikes rather than souvenir bonanza and get-me-the-smoked-cheese crowd control in Zakopane center. The hotel is less than 3 years old, very fresh and with super friendly and helpful staff. Hotel restaurant is gourmet level but be aware only open Thursday-Sunday (both dinner and lunch). '

'Excellent apartment hotel in a beautiful setting. Communication with hotel staff was fabulous - they were kind and helpful. I was in room 401 and despite arriving after reception closed, I was given detailed instructions for self check-in. Being that it's low season, it was quiet and many things weren't operating as normal but that's fine for a quick weekend trip.'
