« Upon checking in our room was covered in mold above the shower. When went to bring this up the first employee we spoke to was cuddling with a man on the couch in the lobby while on the clock. We didn’t get any solutions with her, so an hour later at shift change we went back and talked to another woman who was very rude when we asked for a new room. Our new room was outdated but clean.
When speaking to the manager in the morning he was very pleasant to talk to but no discount on our room or...

« Staff was hardworking, seemingly new, and overwhelmed slightly with grumpy customers over building related issues beyond their control.(the elevator was not functioning)
Got to the room had a hard time setting up the television to work. It was set to HDMI 2 and rhe HDMI cable was running out of the television but seemingly didnt have anything to plug into.
One of the staff was helpful and came up to the room resolving tbe problem in short order.
The buiding seemed older.
