'Friendly and helpful staff, cozy and comfy environment. Room design very nice.'

'Great quiet location amidst lots of 2-3 * restaurant (at least, what I thought to recognize..). Clean room, good but hard bed. Clean pool on the top floor. Variety of food in the morning (but Sundays very busy)'

'The room is clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful.'

'Big spaces room for 3A + 1C. Comfortable bed.'

'The price and the condition of the hotel doesnt match. Really need a major renovation. Asking for a king bed but end up being sent to two single bed. Didnt notify upfront. Furthermore i was there the whole time while waiting for check in at 3 pm but the guy at the front counter didnt tell me upfront that i have to give a deposit of Rm 100 in cash. The walkway was dirty and filthy. I can get a better place if im at the other place. Not recommended'

'Need to refinish '

'1층 숙소 정원이 아담하고 아주 이쁘네요'

'Aardig personeel en mooie kamer! Alleen geen schoonmaak tussendoor, dus ook geen schone handdoeken en water ect. De omgeving was erg achteraf!!'

'The place that I stay it's like never been clean before guest come in, it's full of dust and sand even on the bed. The curtain at the porch very dirty and a little smelly and also please put roof at the toliet it's very uncomfortable when rain and u want take a poop for a while but u are drenched because of the rain like it is in the middle of the night and it's very cold. Otherwise all okay just the room it's a little bit uncomfortable for me, yes on the day we likely not in the room much. But...

'Gothic in the tropics. Very moody and atmospheric styling. Plus; outside my room there is a great looking statue of a whale shark! Bonus :) Room is very clean. Breakfast buffet is great and clean! Staff are super friendly and helpful. One area that can be better cleaned is the fitness center. It’s fabulous that it is 24hrs available, but here is a tip: Add some disposable alcohol wipes and this will make the experience better and 5 stars!'

'The location is definitely one of the best in the area. There are food, leisures and entertainment available just by walking distance. The view directly across the street is superb with beautiful views.'

'Horrible, contratamos 2 noches y solo estubiimos una'

'Staff there quite friendly but the hotel is a bit old and limited facilities and electrical appliances. No fridge and no lift. Not convenient if you caring a lot of luggage. '

'It is a convenient place if you are looking for a place near pengkalan. There is a coin laundry at the block behind and also a mamak restaurant. You can also find Zus coffee and Family mart there too. Aeon section 18 is just 5 min drive away. It is about 15 min to town center. The room and bed is clean and comfy. perfect if you are looking for a simple overnight stat without all the fuss'
