'Underwhelmed, had to call for bedding for pullout, shower wasn't as clean as possible'

'Our room looked like it was still going through construction, patched walls (no paint). Found the breakfast selection area very small which made it probablmatic when trying to get food with a lot of people doing the same.'

'Spacious room, great breakfast'

'Mooie schone kamers en prima ontbijt'

'Separate bedroom.'

'I really enjoyed my stay. The rates are reasonable and the hotel is clean. Where I did mess up is, reaching late (in darkness). It was hard for me to negotiate getting the access cards and finding my way around without any staff. My bad. But I found things eventually. No big deal. The hotel is clean, I did not have any noise bothering me. There is parking available just in front of the door for free or underground for a fee. I had everything I needed. A microwave, coffee maker. I am very happy...

'Only issue was restaurant was expensive, but that’s to be expected in the hotel, and Breakfast was à la carte.'

'Great place'

'Staff good'

'Had a great trip, thanks'

'Prima zwembad, goede douche maar het matras van het bed was niet goed. Personeel wat wij troffen had het vooral erg druk. Parkeergelegenheid was goed. Restaurant beneden ongezellig. Miste wat sfeer in deze best western maar voor een bezoek aan Ottawa goed hotel'
