Tampa Bay Grand Prix

Personnel très sympathique , la proximité de la plage est un plus , nous avons apprécié pouvoir emprunter chaises et parasol

This Hotel Has the Most Passive aggressive staff and owner I have ever encountered, They say yes while intentionally stalling, and practicing misleading information about the hotel, They use Subtle hostility, sarcasm, eye rolling and claiming misunderstanding of the situation . They play the victim and try to shift the blame elsewhere when called out. The Biggest is complaint I have is they absolutely HATE EXPEDIA travel site, I was told 5 times that since booked my vacation through EXPEDIA travel that I can't have house keeping every day, no use of some of the amenities and have to pay for use of going to the beach. Because I used a Discounter travel site (Expedia) This was Crazy !!!

I don't usually write a review but I feel this place needs to know. It's a quaint Cottage experience and has good beach access the rooms were clean but there was no service to the room I think paying 200 plus dollars a night depending on which room you select should come with daily cleaning service I don't feel as a customer that I should be carrying my towels to the door to be cleaned and carrying them back in to be put away. I don't like the fact that I was asked to do dishes. Especially considering I spent 200 plus dollars a night. When I'm on vacation I'm on vacation from cleaning and cooking and Dish doing and anything else that has the title of "work". The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly and the beach access was great! But if you choose to stay here you will have to work.
