The apartment has modern furnishings and large windows. Apartment also has its own large roof terrace, which can be accessed directly from the living room. The apartment has an underground garage with a parking space. On the first floor, you can use the gym and then go and take a nice steam in the sauna on the 6th floor. Meeting room is also available next to sauna where you can enjoy shared moments.

IT'S NOT JUST A STAY, IT'S AN EXPERIENCE! In the kitchen you will find all the things you need for cooking: dishes, kitchen utensils, sink, stove, oven, kettle, coffee and toaster. There is olive oil, salt, sugar, tea and coffee.


We have a microwave oven dishwasher and also a washing machine for clothes etc. (all dishwasher and clothes washing machine capsules are available in the apartment) also a dryer to dry your things quickly, we also have an ironing board and an iron to quickly iron your shirts and necessary items.


The living room also has a large and comfortable sofa that can be used as a single bed. And in addition, we have a large and luxurious TV, which includes many programs for watching different movies, regular TV channels and Youtube and much more.


The apartment has very comfortable bed linen, two bathrobes and one pair of slippers that can be used comfortably while staying in the apartment and why not also when going to the sauna.


The apartment is very quiet and pleasant where you can have a peaceful and super sleep, there is no traffic noise of any kind.


There is also a grill on the roof terrace on the sixth floor, where you can comfortably enjoy your prepared food.


The apartment also has a super comfortable rocking chair that you can put on your private roof terrace to enjoy a great sunrise or sunset and an overall great view.
