'This is a brand new hotel and thus has some technical issues (primarily air conditioning) that have yet to be ironed out. Despite the staff being as helpful as they possibly could be in facilitating a comfortable stay for us, we decided to relocate to another hotel. We were provided a full refund for our stay. This looks to be an issue with Novotel deciding to open the hotel prematurely and we have provided this feedback Novotel directly.'

'Close to harbour and old city centre (both within 10mins in walk). Easy access to public transport. Clean hotel room with a kitchen that includes fridge+microwave+small stove. Don't expect some special views from your window. Reception was helpful and spoke good English. Check-in after opening hours was easy with the instructions that you get.'

'This was the perfect location in Old Town. We were able to walk everywhere. The property itself is over 600 years old so the ancient walls, wooden beams and other unique features were a delight.
