'The hostel is located within walking distance of Fuzhong MRT and various dining options, such as cafes and the Banqiao Nanya Night Market. The lobby area is clean and check-in was easy, with staff able to speak some English or open to translator usage. Rules for the establishment were provided in English. Floors were divided my male and female dormitories, with the provided key card needed to access the elevator and the sleeping area, while room keys were used for individual rooms. Slippers were...

'Cavemen hostel is the best hostel I ever slept in. The hostel is extremely clean and convenient. Staff is friendly and its located near to the main station which is in central place. Hostel is big with lots of space. Drinking (hot and cold) water is available for free and there is laundry service (wash machine). I really recommend this hostel. '

'This is the third time i stay here. First time was in 2019, stayed for a couple of weeks. Fast forward to this year, front desk lady Carrie still recognized me! Staff here all speak very good English. Lobby and common area always kept clean. Beds are comfortable and firm. '

"Spacious rooms. Attentive and helpful staff. Located near multiple metro (and bus) stations, so it is easy to travel. Lots of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. The hotel is located near a very busy intersection, but I heard very little noise from inside the room. Some of the other guests were quite rude, but cannot blame the hotel for that."

"The hotel entrance is a bit difficult to find because it’s situated on the 13th and 14th floor of a commercial building. Hotel staff is very helpful. There is even one male staff member that can speak Cantonese. Room is alright. Average size but clean. The location of the hotel is near the metro station, so convenient for those planning to use the metro a lot during their stay in Taipei. I can recommend this hotel for those planning to stay in Taipei but doesn’t want to stay in a hotel nearby Ximen."
