Blokhutten in Tahoma

'We loved our stay in Tahoma! This cabin is so charming, well loved, and cared for. The cabin was very clean, bikes were in perfect condition, and the electric grill seemed like it had maybe never been used. We loved listening to CDs in the morning and watching VHS movies at night. Perfect location to lots of west shore beaches and trails. Couldn't recommend it enough!'

'Lazy Bear Lodge is a great West Shore place for summer activities; ideal for spending days at Meeks, Chambers, or heading up to float the Truckee. Kitchen had everything we needed. The front seems pretty hemmed in by the neighbors but the back of the property opens up to the woods. We got to see a bear and her two cubs roll past one evening which was exciting for the kids. At the time of our visit, there was some construction next door but I can't fault the property for that. The downstairs...

'It was warm, cozy and had plenty of amenities. My phone and Wifi didn't work there, ATT.'

'Very Nice Experience, Just a few Small issues that were resolved. I would definitely stay there again'

'Minor issues with check in and heat '

'Big and spaciuos house! Great for big families...bedding was a bit dirty! Overall the property and location was great!'

'Nice location, pet friendly, easy/smooth process!'

'It was a very quaint little bungalow. It was nice and close to town. Very convenient. The owner was very responsive and communicated well. Adults are unable to fully stand up in the loft. We enjoyed our stay.'

'A very quiet few days that we needed to reboot. A central location tucked away in the forest.'

'Very cool place. Nice location. Beautiful views. Comfortable. Many stairs.'

'Clean and cozy.'

'We had a great time.'

'Very clean. Furniture is dated with a vintage appeal. Close enough to walk to a beach or into town.'

'The cabin was perfectly comfy and cozy. It was just enough room for my wife and I, plus our little dog. The cabin was decorated nicely, nothing too fancy, but it was very accommodating. The cabin had a ceiling fan that circulated the air and keeping it from getting stuffy. There is an additional floor fan that oscillates. Good sized fridge, microwave, oven, gas stove, there is a Keurig coffee maker but I had a hard time figuring out how to use it, and what buttons to push to get it to brew,...

'Fabulous view right on the water.Host was responsive.Quaint little cottage. It should be made clear that the sofa bed does not pull out and there is only one bed. More beach towels would be nice and maybe some updated beach chairs. Hairdryer was barely working; a standard size hairdryer should be the bare minimum. The shower was not draining correctly. The cottage could use a deep clean to get rid of cobwebs.Otherwise fabulous stay.'
