'We had a nice 1 bedroom unit on the 1st floor with a firepit right outside our room. 3 hot tubs and lots of deck chairs & tables. The only thing we wish there was a swimming pool'

'Beautiful private beach area with plenty of chairs and two firepits, along with pool and hot tub close by. This property is kept well and hey have lots of cool activities to partake in daily as well. There was ample parking and it's conveniently located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe and directly across the street from a Whole Foods. We loved this property and will definitely be staying again!'

'Excellent property by Hyatt. We lived in a 2bhk condo which was fully furnished with all equipments. The kitchen was fully loaded and our one day stay was awesome. The interior designing is done nicely and you'll love it.'

'Loved the room and kitchen. The pool and hot tub was amazing, and I loved the private beach. I'm bummed that they are selling this time share. I'm hoping whoever buys keeps it the same as well as the pricing. I would love to bring my family back for a vacation.'

'Served our families needs and expectations perfectly. No AC was a concern going into it for us TX folks (AC is a must in TX!!) but opening balcony door with a fan sucking in the 55 degree night air was perfect to really cool down the upper levels. This is our second stay at this property and we’d gladly come back. Thank you!'
