DISCLAIMER ON PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Wells and Bennett Realtors (Property Manager) requires $500 of your reservation total due upon booking (this is separate from the VRBO Service Fee that is also charged immediately) and the remainder is due sixty days prior to check-in. We also require Vacation Rental Accidental Damage Insurance for your reservation. There are two options to satisfy this requirement. You can purchase a policy through us and it costs an additional $55 total. The alternative option is that you can opt in for a refundable security deposit of $3,000. If you opt in for the security deposit, we will hold that on your card on file two weeks prior to check-in and then will return it as quickly as we can. Thank you for understanding.

The dining room table offers plenty of room for meals or games, and high-speed internet ensures everyone stays connected.
The master bath has recently been remodeled with stylish new countertops, flooring, and fixtures, adding a touch of luxury to your stay. For your convenience, a ramp is available during the summer months, making the home easily accessible for strollers or wheelchairs.
Tahoe Rendezvous is also well-equipped for all your outdoor adventures. A private hot tub on the back deck offers a perfect place to relax after a day of exploration. And for winter visitors, the property includes ample parking: 2 spaces in the garage and up to 4 cars in the driveway. Due to the steepness of the driveway, we recommend a 4WD vehicle or chains during heavy snowstorms, though snow removal is provided in winter.
During the summer, you're just minutes from scenic paved bike trails that run along the beautiful lakefront to Tahoe City, the West Shore, Squaw Valley, and Alpine Meadows. If mountain biking is more your style, you'll find trails nearby. The serene Skylandia Beach is also within easy reach.
For ski enthusiasts, the slopes of Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows are just 15 minutes away, and Northstar is a 20-minute drive. After a day of outdoor fun, enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee from the Cuisinart drip coffee maker, complete with a grinder for your favorite beans.

There will be a $100 pet fee plus tax per pet for maximum 2 dogs upon approval.
PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.
DOLLAR POINT HOA AMENITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUEST ACCESS/ USE.
Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.
Holiday Booking Policy
CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.) **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th, 25th
NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required. **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st
