'Het is een prachtig hotel maar helaas is het personeel niet altijd even vriendelijk. Het buffet is niet voldoende gevarieerd. Je krijgt vaak hetzelfde voorgeschoteld. Het verwarmd zwembad werd gedurende 4 dagen niet verwarmd waardoor het water ijskoud was. Kinderen moesten telkens naar het binnenzwembad. De avondshows waren ook niet van een hoog niveau. Voor de rest viel het hotel best mee.'

'After reading some other reviews we were concerned about our holiday. However anything we had read was completely unfounded. We had a fabulous stay here and would highly recommend. The staff are friendly and helpful and reception were extremely on the ball when we did have a small issue and it was rectified immediately. The whole place appeared spotless and our room was maintained with no complaints whatsoever. The food and drinks were in abundance with lots of choice. If we were to hopefully...

"Prettige ligging, direct voor de deur winkels en restaurants. Aan de achterzijde toegang tot het stand en de boulevard. Taxi's staan voor de deur. Accomodatie zelf is verouderd, hangt een vreemde geur, is gehorig, veel luidruchtige gasten, kamer opzich schoon en wordt dagelijks bijgehouden. Heeft aandacht nodig. Bedden zijn prima, groot en goed qua comfort. Ontbijt eenvoudig maar oké. Personeel bij de receptie kwam gehaast over, namen niet echt de tijd. De 4 sterren vinden wij het niet helemaal waard, eerder 3 sterren. "
