'The condo was new, super clean, and close to the main parts of Tacoma. We would stay again. We had some challenges because we did not find the property address or wifi information easily. Better if the information came in an email or was easy to find in the app. Surprises were that there is no assigned and parking on the street is crowded. Also the condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Still, a great place.'

'Really easy to work with everyone here, and it's a really good location at a really good price. Everything we needed for the two of us, in an efficient, clean and well thought out place. We really appreciate not having a laundry list of to-do items on checkout, and really appreciate that everything was easy to coordinate with check-in and everything just worked when we got there. The location is nice as well with easy access to downtown Tacoma and easy access to 5 if you're getting around other...

'We had a wonderful stay at Rainier Villa. The house had everything we needed, was very clean, and it was super close to town (and our extended family). We’d definitely stay here again!'

'This is a great place for two or three people. It is centrally located, a stairway (or elevator) to Pike Place Market, a step out the front door to the waterfront. It's an easy one-mile walk to the ballpark or to Pioneer Square. And somehow it is quiet! '

'We needed a place convenient to public transportation so we could go downtown everyday and this place was perfect for that. The bed was super comfortable and the place was clean. Loved the AC unit in the bedroom, as well!'

'The property seems new and is well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The beds are comfortable but the trundle bed is best for someone who is not much taller than 6 ft. Crystal was a great communicator and gave us a good recommendation for a place to play pinball. I would stay there again.'

'This apartment was conveniently located, and was just what we needed. It's very tidy/clean, and the beds were comfortable. The large tv with Roku was great for winding down after some busy days.'
