'Lovely place to stay at an ideal place in the historical part of Syracuse (Ortygia), quiet but at a walking distance of everything there is to see or do. Helpful staff and clean room. Also a good breakfast buffet, with an amazing view of the harbour and when we couldn't make breakfast the second day due to having to catch an early train we got some fruit instead, so we can only thank the staff again for their flexibility. Would definitely recommend!'

'The owner Gaitano, made our stay in his B&B very pleasant. He greeted us warmly on our arrival. We communicated via WhatsApp regarding arrival time and parking and that all went smoothly. The room/ bed/shower were satisfactory and clean. Breakfast was nice. Gaitano was very helpful in providing information to help plan our sightseeing. The location is perfect, being literally midway between Ortiga and the Ancient Greek & Roman theatres. If you can catch a live performance at the Ancient Greek...

'Outdated but cute hotel. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The hotel has a patio which is nice on a summer evening, you can enjoy some food and drinks from a nearby convenient store. There is a good paid and guarded parking area nearby (350 meters) if you come by car.'

'Personne sur place pour nous aider. La carte de la chambre était défectueuse dès l'arrivée. Par la suite l'électricité a manqué à 21h, nous avons du contacter les propriétaires via What's App dans le noir. Nous apprécions faire affaire avec des humains et non des applications impersonnelles et des vidéos. Le lit était petit et inconfortable. Pas d'oreiller d'extra ni de boîte de mouchoirs. Le quartier est lugubre.'

'We had a wonderful time staying here. The staff, especially Piero and Carmen were so accommodating. It was also nice having a kitchenette so we could cook or refrigerate food. The beds were comfortable, the space was cleaned and restocked daily. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.'
