'Great location to Downtown Waynesville'

'Very nice cottage, appeared to be new construction. Had a great back porch overlooking a golf course and there were lots of extra supplies for guests. Everything was very clean. Loved the coffee pods and creamers! Only negatives were the driveway coming in was overgrown and narrow. Couch in den was new but very uncomfortable. '

'Got back from dinner around 8:00 and realized there was NO chair and actually no room even have a chair. Also no TV, so sitting on the bed or on a wicker stool wasn’t going to work. When I turned in the key, the owner tried to show me another place, but I was already a bit too stressed to accept. Just really glad my wife wasn’t there.'

'Michael, the host, was very friendly and welcoming. The view is gorgeous, and the lodging is unique and rustic (part of a barn). We stayed one night for the Polar Express train. Do wish the heating was more evenly distributed. It got really hot in the bedrooms. It was better when we turned the heat down and left the door cracked. Slanted flooring in some areas was a little quirky, but we rolled with it! Otherwise, unit was well supplied with extras: coffee, creamer, filters toothpaste,...
