« They did not inform that the balcony or patio is going under maintenance and won't be accessible. When I asked what compensation you can offer, they said none since it's listed on the website. I said, it's not on Expedia and I even had a message exchange with the host - they did not mention anything there. Still they refused to honor anything and continued. »
