'We had a group of 15 celebrating our friend’s 60th birthday. Our group travels together at least twice a year and the Perch has been the BEST place we have ever stayed!!! It’s not only beautiful but clean and very well stocked. We will definitely stay here again. '

'Enjoyed the layout. So easy to get to the water. Brought our boat. Marina and boat landing close by. Kitchen very well appointed and place felt clean and fresh. One note—the 280 bridge is nearby so you will hear minor traffic. But we chose that location because of that convenience. '

'We have visited others at this property before, and knew it would be perfect for our own large family gathering. We had 15 people (plus a newborn) staying in the home, and there was no shortage of space. The kitchen was well stocked and had two fridges. The owners had practically everything we needed from towels to extra blankets, laundry detergent, etc. The view of the lake is amazing and there were so many water toys to entertain kids, young and old. We look forward to returning here next...

'Property was even more beautiful than pictured! Super clean! Gorgeous decor! We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and relax as a family. Brought our bass boat and tied up easily to the dock for fishing and tubing. It was the perfect stay!'

'We stayed here for annual birthday trip. It was such a cute place! The kitchen had everything we needed, fire pit was easy to work, and the views all around were gorgeous!'

'Great property, the neighbor was extremely helpful and friendly. It was tight getting our 24 ft pontoon boat and long wheel based truck turned around here, but it worked. We will launch the boat first next time! The property was so nice that we didn't want to leave. We would go back every weekend if we could. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! '

'My old son wanted to go to the lake for his birthday so we rented this place. It was awesome. Great view. Great dock. it had plenty of room for everyone. Two staircases but had plenty of baby gates on property to keep our three year old safe. I would definitely recommend this property.'

'A slice of heaven on the lake. Our family was in the area for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to spend the time with family and friends and relax out on the lake. Lots off activities to do at the house, from corn hole, to the arcade system for the kids, to the outdoor fire pit in the evenings. The owner was very responsive with communication and worked with us during check-in. Would book again in the future. '
