'Clean and tidy. Easy check in. Can catch bus from airport to Mascot station then walk to accom. Being close to airport can hear planes but didn’t bother me personally - if light sleeper bring ear plugs. '

Carpets a bit tired and a spruce up here would be a great upgrade but other than that I couldn't fault the place. would def stay again. '

'The location was great as it is very close to bus routes into the city which made getting around without a car easy. There was a bit of street noise in late evening due to the garage door not being sound proof but it was a nice neighbourhood to stay in.'

'The property was exactly what we were looking for. It was small (not ideal for someone who is 6'2) but I (5'2) had no issues. It was in a great location, easy to access. Maryum was easy to talk to and get a hold of anytime we needed something.'

'Karen was a fantastic host. She even put out extra an table & chairs for us to have a G&T on the grass. The Barn had everything we needed to live day-to-day and enjoy ourselves. Fun small tennis court, lots of space and definitely pet friendly. Even our dog had treats waiting for her when we arrived. I can highly recommend The Barn.'

'This granny flat was lovely and suited us. We had our own private entrance. Owners were excellent and gave us our privacy and they are very quiet. Facilities on the whole pretty good. It needs to be more mugs and some side plates would be useful. Bedding great A place to sit out in the sun was nice too. About 1.5kms easy walk to shops train station and taxis. We would use this property again'

'This is a difficult hotel to rate. On the one hand the staff is very friendly and the room is well equipped and spotless. Like other Oaks hotels I have stayed in. The view from the room is bad (a multistory car park), but I knew that beforehand. The one reason why I wouldn't come back here, in spite of the above and the competitive rates, is the noise in the bedroom from the echoing hallways.
