« Cute house. It is about 20-25 minutes from Asheville and about 5 minutes to Black Mountain. House was clean and the communication with Kelsey was prompt, she was super helpful. »

« This cabin was perfect! It’s private and the natural setting around it is idyllic. Be warned: the paved drive up is STEEP!! But we made it up and had room to turn around at the top even in our huge SUV towing a 5x10 trailer. We baked coffee cake muffins, made breakfasts and dinners here, hung out and watched FIFA World Cup games, talked, laughed, and slept well in our cozy comfy beds. « This shouldn’t reflect at all on the property owners but rather is just a heads up for other travelers: the property is about 15-20 minutes from any non-fast food options, and some of those aren’t open beyond 8pm. Plan accordingly or bring some snacks! Space is very limited if you’re staying beyond a week with another person, it might get cramped. The property itself is really awesome: deceptively secluded with all the charm of a cabin the woods. Owners are very responsive. Enjoyed the stay! »

« Beautiful home nestled in the mountains with fantastic views! Our family of 9 (6 adults, 3 children and dogs) spent the week here and it had plenty of room! Clean and well-maintained; one of a very few rentals where my husband hasn’t had to repair something during our stay. Communication with the host was a breeze. An unexpected plus was seeing two July 4 fireworks shows in the valley below from the huge deck! We would stay here again »

« Best. Cabin. Ever!! If you don’t have a vehicle with AWD, go get one ASAP and get to this cabin! Everyone should experience this at least once. For those who love any kind of camping, this is heaven; for those who don’t, this is mountain glamping! The shower is amazing- cold but my skin never felt so good afterwards! « Because of their horrible website with way too many pictures. I did not get what I ordered. I wanted a cabin with the jacuzzi. But because they list every photo with every listing I chose the wrong one. 100% their fault. I did not stay here. I will not stay here ever in the future. And I will never use Expedia again. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at The Nook! It was quiet, peaceful, and exactly as described. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen may be tiny, but it is mighty—it had everything we needed during our stay. Such a cozy little getaway, and we would definitely stay again! »
