'Absolutely loved our stay here! The buffet breakfast and dinner included were great and provided a vast range of Japanese, Western and Italian options. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us and our ten month old baby. The rooms were well maintained and spacious for Japan. Gorgeous location, but remember that it is quite a distance away (at least 20 mins by car if not further) from restaurants (for dinner, there are a few lunch options closer)/convenience stores, etc.'

'Great location and the owners were just so wonderful. It's an authentic ryokan, which is what we were looking for. It's not "upscale" like a modern Japanese hotel, but that was the opposite of what we were looking for. Owners were so attentive and lovely.'

'Goede prijs kwaliteit aanbod. Dicht bij station. Schone kamer. '

'Nette grote hotelkamer , ruime parkeergelegenheid, verschillende restaurants in het hotel aanwezig'

'Right across the street walking out of the railway station. Many shops and restaurants in the neighboorhood. Clean room and amenities available from the lobby. Decent hotel…'

'Had a lovely experience at this Ryokan. Great experience. Great food. Great staff. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our time here.'

'What a fantastic place to stay. Convenient location from the train station And easy acces to snowmonkey parc. The food was amazing And the service level as well. They have an amazing bar on the roof. You sit with -15 in heated plastic iglo tents zipping from your drinks. The onsen Spa is big on the upperfloor overlooking Yudanaka And the mountains. The Room is huge. So wonderful stay And highly recommended.'

'We used this hotel as a couple. Rooms are fine; we stayed on 15th floor, and rooms on floor 13-14-15 seem to be bigger than the lower floors. We did not use the breakfast buffet, since there are plenty of breakfast places around, both local ones as international ones. Can recommend this hotel to others.'
