'It was in a convenient location but it was noise due to a function in the same building. I am not sure if the bedsheets were washed. Their contact number from google was absolutely no help as all they are interested is making new booking and not for the current booking. I made multiple calls as I was running late for checking in but not a single operator assisted (either hung my call or left it on hold with no further response) Reception staff was good but their google contact number staff is...

'No airport shuffle, the price that I got thru Expedia was not honored and they did not accept credit cards at all. They said cash only. No English speaking people, no people at all. The room was ok but at night the bugs where everywhere. The bathroom tile was missing, no hot water and the bucket that they used in the bathroom was filthy. Worst hotel ever. Please do yourself a favor and find elsewhere.'

'Do not stay here. The hotel smells bad and is very dirty. My room had piss left on the toilet and a used condom under the bed. When I complained and asked the staff to clean it they refused and continued playing PUBG on their phones. I left after 1 night dispiting having paid for 3 nights. Could not get my money refunded for the rest of the nights despite the terrible conditions of the room. Very unprofessional place. '
