'This property is absolutely gorgeous and the apartment is charming, comfortable and very clean. The private front porch is dreamy. Lake Ann is a cute little village with a coffee shop, brewery and restaurant a short walk away. It was the perfect location for a trip up to Traverse City one day and Sleeping Bear Dunes another day. 'My family stayed for two nights and everything was wonderful. Communication was excellent and the check-in instructions were thorough and easy to understand. The place was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. Good water pressure which seems like a small thing, but I have terrible water pressure at home so a really good shower while on vacation is a bonus! The beds were very comfortable, and despite the fact that I have sleep issues and usually wake up often, I slept surprisingly well....

'It is a great place to stay. It is in the heart of Leland with a parking spot. Only down side is that you are so close to the downtown area the garbage trucks cleaning the dumpsters wake you up early. That is the price you pay for such a great location. The place was clean and air conditioning worked great to keep it cool. Kitchen has everything you need and plenty of games and puzzles to keep the kids busy. '

'We stayed at this property for a weekend. We had a wedding right in Suttons Bay and this place was perfect. It was far enough off the main drag that traffic and people were not a problem. It was quiet and peaceful. There was enough spots for everyone to sleep, we had a couple in the bedroom another couple on the bottom bunk, 1 kid on top bunk and we brought a blow up mattress for 2 kids to share and put on living room floor. Perfect spot for a family to enjoy a little R&R!! THANK YOU!!!'
