'Great home with lots of windows overlooking the lake. Large kitchen, dining table and living room. Comfortable furniture except the bunk beds but they would probably be fine for kids. Everything was clean and well kept.We appreciated the selection of board games. Lake is good for fishing and nice to have use of kayaks. Close to Shawano, with lots of restaurants and fun things to do. '

'Expectations are key. If you expect this to be a dated lake cabin that's clean and comfortable with a great view but not perfect in every way, you'll love it. If you expect this to be a new modern lake "house" with the amenities of home, then you'll be disappointed. Any bad reviews appear to be people who wanted a modern lake house for a vintage cabin price. It has a window AC and plenty of fans. It was in the 90s and we were comfortable.
