Great beach house!

Very short walk to the beach and right on the intercostal. It was so nice to sit on the screen porch and watch boats go by. Cute house that had everything we needed.

Lovely house on the sound

I love the immediate access to the sound, and that the beach is only a few blocks away! Modern, cozy style inside, the endless deck is gorgeous. Plenty of kitchen accessories, and plenty of space for our family!

Relaxing

Loved staying in this house on Holden Beach. The deck was the perfect setting for morning coffee at sunrise & a family meal at sunset. Although a tropical storm moved through the area during our stay, it did not ruin our trip. The town stayed in contact about safety measures & we enjoyed time inside playing cards & doing puzzles, watching the storm pass. Perfect family getaway. I can't wait to go back.

The house was great, but view was outstanding on the inter coastal waterway. The screened in deck was an extra bonus. We loved that the beds were already set with clean sheets. Kitchen was fully stocked.

Beach family trip

Nice older updated beach house on waterway with beachy feel . Enjoyed the screened in porch with gliding rockers and large outer porch . Upper balcony great for viewing morning sunrises. Comfortable beds. Recommend an updated coffee machine or Keurig. There are coffee shops nearby for specialty coffees

Cozy and clean cottage

Location on waterway was perfect for fishing and sunsets. Loved the screened in back porch. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Shower heads new and powerful. Appliances (and outdoor grill) also new and efficient. Kitchen well stocked. WiFi strong. Appreciated bikes, chairs, and beach toys in garage.
