7.8 van 10, Goed, (1.000 beoordelingen)
'The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel and room was disappointing. The room and hotel had a strong mildew smell, the floors had not been vacuumed, and the bathroom looked worn out and also smelled unpleasant. Overall, the room did not feel properly cleaned. For the price, I expected better cleanliness and maintenance. Hopefully, management can address these issues to improve the guest experience.'
