'For some reason this Hampton was not included in my Hilton App forcing me to use Expedia? I was having surgery next door at St Joseph and needed to extend my stay. The desk clerk was inflexible in using my credit card that my Fiancé presented nor did I get a discount available with the Expedia reservation. Disappointing cost considering other prices for Hiltons in Phoenix!'

'This place some how goes by three different names! The check in was extremely difficult! The parking only accommodates 1 vehicle. The ceiling fans in the rooms didn’t work, on arrival the suite was hot, it smelled of wet dogs! The entire facility smells. I couldn’t figure out how to close the window blinds in the living area, they actually looked broken. This place looks like you’ve entered a jail or prison facility, if I had to describe one. The entire suite couldn’t cool down even after...

As we got out of the front desk, trying to find a path to get to our room, a man approached us. He said something to us. Hard to understand but I got scared.
