We were stuck in the Dallas airport for two days and missed out on two days of our stay, but the place was still there and ready for us when we arrived. The area was very walkable and UBERs were plentiful. The only thing to be aware of is the weekend was a little noisy due to partying, but they were having fun...so what can you say. 'The property had easy access to everything within 10-20 minutes depending where you wanted to go. A lot of great restaurants all within walking distance. Communication with the owners was great. We didn’t have sheets for the pullout couch and they had someone drop them off immediately for us. Full kitchen and all towels. Only downfall was We did have to buy TP as only 2 rolls were there and you can hear everything outside. There isn’t a noise barrier to the sheet since it’s an older building so...

We chose to eat out as there are great little places all over the neighborhood. Great location with walking access to King St. and to drive anywhere. Recommend renting a small sub compact vehicle as streets are narrow and parking spots are tight. We’d recommend this unit and Stay Duvet management '

'The space was adequate but lacked the typical comforts of other rentals we've stayed at. For one, the blowdryer didn't work properly however David did replace it quickly which was nice. The coffee maker didn't work either and when I notified David he asked if I wanted a replacement. He should have just sent a replacement rather than ask if I wanted him to.
