'This hotel is so cool! I was not aware when booking that the building is the former Federal Reserve Branch. The swimming pool and hot tub is in the former target shooting area for federal reserve staff and the secret service. There are vaults in the basement which are now meeting rooms, but the vault doors are there and there are plaques with history of the building all over the place. It was so cool to see all the intricate detail in the building from 1931 when it was built, and the bar/lounge...

'EVEN Hotel is very nice. Clean, quiet, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. However, though it is listed as "pet friendly" it really isn't. This hotel is on the 5th floor of the former Kaufman's building, (I believe it was Kaufman's), which was a little disconcerting at first. As I said, the hotel itself is only the 5th floor so it feels a little bit hidden. Pay attention to the signage when you first arrive because there is nobody there to welcome you until the elevator opens on the 5th...

'We stayed here to go to a Pirates game. It is very walkable and Primantis is just around the corner. We ubered from the airport as we were on a tight schedule when we flew in, but took the city bus back- super easy, close and convenient. (I think it was $2.75 each) '

'I stayed here for 2 nights with my son to celebrate his 26th bday. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Only cons were: the toliet leaked the whole time (we ended up putting something around the toilet on the floor), the refrigerator didn't get cold and the little stool looked like it had semen and stains all on it. Pros: good breakfast, hot shower, comfortable bed and clean room. I would stay again. I got what I paid for, minus the cons. '
