Chalets in Sugar Island

'There was a bit of a mixup when I checked in, they gave me a key to room that was already occupied, I felt a little scared as a woman travelling alone I also asked for a late checkout and paid for the late checkout on the app, however the staff was not informed, and I had to remind them twice that I paid for the late checkout. The staff was friendly throughout this process, but it was just a little inconvenient.'

'Vintage building and structure in excellent condition. Clean, updated rooms done very tastefully and comfortably. One request - a coffeemaker (and coffee) in the rooms. A great value lodging that looks all but new.'

'The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fine but that's where the good ends.'

'Clean, spacious and budget friendly. Close to shops and the Soo Locks Staff were professional and inviting'

'the location worked for us as well as the price. Because it was hard flooring throughout it was VERY noisy; you could hear people walking down the hall, upstairs from our room and walking up or down the stairs.'

'We enjoyed our stay. The home was well maintained, clean, comfortable and had all the comforts of home. It had a spectacular view of the river, and it was so relaxing watching the river activity. We will be back!'

'The property was clean and the recent improvements were very nice. The amenities were complete with nice extra touches. The location was great and you could watch giant freighters go by your backyard. It is not handicap accessible.'

'Disgusting'

'This house was completely spotless! The A/C was pumping and felt great! Tons of extra towels! This house is the perfect size for our group of 4 and had everything we needed for our stay. The property owner was amazing and communication was fantastic! Great central location close to downtown, golf courses, casinos. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Highly recommend and would 100% stay here again!'

'Great remodel and repurpose of property. Perfect location to jet downtown or head south to other amenities and locals. Would recommend for future trips to the area.'
