The main level of this home features a elegant entry room with a full-length mirror, elegant couches, and a coat closet. The large living room comes with three comfortable leather couches, a cozy wood-burning fireplace (Ask us to provide you with firewood if you`d like!) and a flatscreen TV screen, where you can enjoy a movie night together with family. Board games and children`s books ensure that the kids are kept busy while the adults have their fun.

The updated kitchen is fully equipped with dishware and flatware, pots and pans, and a coffee machine. State-of-the-art appliances make meal prep a breeze. The beautiful dining room is large and airy and can comfortably seat 16 people and is equipped with 2 high chairs.

Primary suite: Located on the main level, the primary suite includes a large master bedroom with a seating area with a bay window that overlooks the side yard, and a brand-new bathroom.

Suffern, NY is a beautiful scenic neighborhood rich in history. It is the gateway to the Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area and famously hosted General George Washington and other important military leaders during the Revolutionary War. Take a drive around to see famous landmarks, such as Suffern’s Tavern, a base for George Washington and Aaron Burr; and Lafayette Theatre, a 1920’s Art Deco movie theater.
There are also many charming family-owned shops and restaurants in town, serving up all kinds of delicious cuisine from Mexican to sushi.

The great outdoors is available for your enjoyment in Suffern, with an incredible network of hiking trails in Harriman State Park and Bear Mountain State Park, including the challenging 21-mile Suffern-Bear Mountain Trail. Nature-lovers will also enjoy beautiful lakes, rivers, and ponds that Suffern boasts. You won`t be bored with the entertainment options available. Security Deposit: A deposit equal to 10% of the reservation total will be charged and held securely. It will be fully refunded 48 hours after checkout if the property is left in good condition and all house rules are followed.

All outdoor amenities are only available around May 15 through September 1st; grill included.

Kosher amenities are available upon request.

We do provide basic amenities such as toiletries, paper towels, and essentials to get you started. However, if you’re planning an extended weekend stay or visiting with a larger group, we recommend picking up some extra supplies to ensure you have everything you need throughout your stay.

HOUSE RULES: Guest agrees to maintain the Property in good condition and comply with all applicable laws. Guest is responsible for the actions of all occupants and visitors. The following rules apply:

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Parties, events, or loud music are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $500 fee and immediate eviction without refund.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Excessive noise at any time may result in a $500 fee and eviction.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the Property or in any enclosed areas. Violations will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

POOL/HOT TUB USE (IF APPLICABLE): Use of the pool or hot tub is at Guest’s own risk. No diving is permitted. Use is limited to registered guests only. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The pool is available from mid May to September 1. Pool maintenance is scheduled weekly, Monday and Thursday.

CARE OF PROPERTY: Guest agrees to promptly report any maintenance or safety issues. Do not tamper with unauthorized equipment. Furniture, décor, and equipment must not be moved or rearranged without prior written approval. Unauthorized movement of furniture will result in a $250 fee.

CLEANING: Basic cleaning is included. Excessive cleaning beyond normal use will be charged to the security deposit. Additional mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for a fee.

AMENITIES: A starter supply of toiletries, paper products, and detergents is provided to help you settle in comfortably. If you`re traveling with a larger group or staying for an extended period, you may wish to pick up a few extra essentials during your stay. We’re also happy to restock items for you—just let us know in advance and we can arrange it for a fee.

LOST KEYS: Lost keys or access devices will incur a $300 replacement fee.

PHOTOGRAPHY/COMMERCIAL USE: The Property is for residential vacation use only. No commercial photography, filming, or events without written approval.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES: Departure is required by 10:00 AM. Return furniture to original positions, empty trash, remove food from refrigerator and cabinets, load and start dishwasher, and place used linens and towels in the laundry area.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS: The Management Company will address reported issues promptly but does not guarantee all equipment will function perfectly at all times. No refunds or adjustments will be made for appliance or equipment failures.

FORCE MAJEURE: The Management Company is not responsible for events beyond its control (e.g., weather, utility outages, construction, or pandemics). No refunds will be issued for such interruptions.
