It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff. The pool is somewhat small but acceptable, the private lagoon somewhat makes up for this though (it is also a great place to try out your snorkel before going into the ocean). '1. The road into the property was dreadful. 2. To access the restroom/shower, you had to go OUTSIDE to another building; not good, especially in the middle of the night! Apart from that, I have NEVER stayed at a place where the bathroom was in a different building. I wouldn't even think to ask where the restroom is located; it should be a given! 3. 'Room was 241 was horrible. When asked the owner to correct the issues They just accused us of insane things and ignored us. We paid to move respond. Expedia only reimbursed 1/2 because owner said they addressed it even though they didn’t. We had many pictures showing issues and zero attempt was made to correct it. Will we be use Expedia gain '

'When I booked our stay at Gingerhill, I had no idea what to expect outside of an experience that would be unlike the typical room and board my partner and I are accustomed to.
