« We were happy to find the place expected: clean, neat, everything we needed, all easy to find, all communication prompt and clear. Diana replied quickly to questions. During our visit there was a huge snowstorm so we really appreciated that someone came to shovel the driveway/entrance multiple times over the few days we were there. A few (minor) notes: the front bedroom mattress is very firm, the bathroom sink is above the counter so kids could not reach it on their own, and the lefthand...
