'The staff always makes or breaks a resort. They are always great at the Allegro Cozumel. Also the Allegro has one of the best beaches in Cozumel.'

'Good for the price.'

'I had a swim out ocean view I arrived Saturday October 10th had paid for an upgrade. I immediately noticed a smell the seaweed was being cleaned up from the Secrets Resort and most of Dreams except the last third of the beach. It was about a foot deep and smelled really bad. I started complaining it wasn’t cleaned up until Wednesday 10/14 5 days into my stay at the resort. That was unacceptable especially if you tried to eat outside of the Italian restaurant and it smelled like dead fish.'

'Súper atención lo recomiendo mucho '

'Beautiful adult only hotel. Pool area is perfect with clean pool I used for water walking. Umbrellas and loungers. Covered area with tables. There was quite a bit outside noise at bedtime. I used a fan app to cover it up, but my husband still had a few nights it bothered him. We will definitely stay here again, maybe try a different room location. We were in a beautiful ocean view corner suite. Extra fee breakfast was very good. Central location in town was exactly what we wanted. ...

'Muy bonito; piscina fantastica y camas excelentes.'

'Perfect place in terms of decor and comfort. It’s nicely tucked in the center of town . Perfect for a mother / daughter getaway. The spiral staircase give the place a challenging but worthwhile exercise of balance and fun'

'Charming guest in downtown San Miguel with a peaceful garden.'

'Es muy buena opción de hotel en Cozumel. El desayuno es básico pero es bueno. Es muy tranquila la ubicación y el personal es muy amable, el único problema es la regadera, se sale toda el agua y el baño termina todo mojado'

'Muy buena ubicación '
