Rolled flack hair is everywhere, old socks, previously left in a room… we couldn’t walk in the floors, was soooo dirty , I think outside was cleaner then inside. I would never recommend to stay there. I made a comment on google , property management apologize and ‘ hopped’ we coma back again. That’s is so crazy to me .'

She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. 'The noises were one of the few complaints. The noise that the wall-ac unit had, was sporadic and quiet loud and disruptive. Central air is a major investment, but the wall unit is a real downer at night in sleeping hours. Does the pool open too early? We had a family of screaming kids outside our window at 7-8 am. Really? 'My husband and I enjoy a nice long week on Hilton head Island at the Sonesta resort delivered top quality. From the common areas, the lounging pool for adults and the cleanliness of our room each day when we came in from a long day on the town and playing golf was superb. The shop in the lobby was well stocked and they attended to whatever needs we had. We will be coming back soon.'
