'Clean the room'

'Had an awesome stay! The room was clean and the bed was nice and comfy. You could tell the sheets were softer than average hotel sheets. The pool was clean and they had towels by the pool. Loved the contactless check in, made it quick and easy especially since we got there late.'

'We had such a wonderful stay at Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island! We’ve been coming to Hilton Head for over 20 years. We’ve stayed all over the island but really love Sonesta.The property itself is absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. From the gorgeous grounds to the spa-like adult pool area, everything felt luxurious, relaxing, and thoughtfully cared for. The resort is just steps from the beach, which made the location perfect and so convenient. We loved being close to everything...

'Breakfast was good. They only had omelettes with peppers in them. So no plain eggs for picky eating kids. They also used one spoon for the eggs, potatoes and the sausage so cross contamination was there for vegetarians who wanted potatoes. The pull out sofa was surprisingly comfy. The shower and bathroom was clean. However, when I arrived one toilet paper roll was almost emptied so having that already freshened up would’ve been nice.'

'The property was in prime location. Just a few minutes to the beach by foot. Literally five minutes. Location was perfect. You can walk just a few blocks and be in the downtown area where you can get food and drinks without any worries about driving. The motel was cute and vintage. Very adorable. Great for a few nights day. If you don’t mind a tiny house living the Royal Palms is the perfect place.'
