'Clean room, friendly staff and a nice hot breakfast. '

'The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable with soft and firm pilllows. It was quiet and the room was able to be pitched black we didn’t even realize it was daylight until we opened the curtains back up the next day. Staff was nice as well. I love that they have the shampoo and body was already stocked in the shower as well as hand soap at the sink with free WiFi and full breakfast.'

'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'
