'A great place to stay, a great breakfast in the morning, but what made the stay unforgettable was the conversation with the hosts/owners of the property. '

'Room looks nice, very clean and comfy bed. But terrible noice. You can expect a lot of noice from the two bars down the street, but even worse was the sound of a compressor or washing machine that penetrated the room. That stopped 11:30 pm but only to start again at 7 am. Also a van airconditioning kept on working through out the night and made a lot of noice. When telling staff in the morning they couldn't be bothered with it. Staff in afternoon were nice, but at breakfast were uninterested...

'Although only 10 minutes from Stonehaven it was ideally situated in the beautiful Kincardine countryside. Room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was whatever you wanted and the bonus for us was that the plum tree in the garden was groaning with fruit. Owner picked some delicious plums for us. If we're back in the area well certainly consider Crawfield Grange as the #1 place to stay. '
