Beautiful location 10 min from Hayward.The house has everything we could've needed and is layed out nicely with master bedroom on first floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Very convenient with 3 bathrooms. We had a "dog reactive" shepherd with us so I was worried about the neighbor dog. We had no issues. We kept ours on leash and drove just down the driveway to the boat landing to park and walk our dog since the aggressive neighbor pup has access to easement. Not...

We spend all day at one of the sand bars. Depth at the end of the pier is perfect to jump off of. Plenty of fridge space with the basement fridge and bar cooler.
