Chalets in Stoke-on-Trent

'Snel ingechecked, ruime parkeergelegenheid'

'The property is in a mid terrace house in a dilapidated part of town. It is either an attic or loft conversion with creaking wooden floor boards. To access the property, there is a steep and narrow winding stair case . The bathroom is en-suite but there was no working shower . The radiator was on full heating all night making the room uncomfortably hot. There is a TV monitor placed on the table , not fixed. It is attached to Wi-Fi but no Wi-Fi code is provided for customer use. The staff...

'gewoon net hotel wel gedateerd goed ontbijt niet uitgebreid'

'Fabulous breakfast'

'Top ! Great location, spacious room , nice & clean . Next to pub so couldn’t be better for an evening drink.'

'Upon arrival to Splash Landings we went to the bar to order drinks. Over 10 minutes later we still had no drinks as the barman could not operate the till or simply pour a slushy. When we had breakfast in the morning it took longer to find a clean plate than it did to get breakfast. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable but we were only staying one night so we made do. I always strip the beds after we stay over at hotels to help the domestic staff and I was utterly disgusted by the bedding...

'Hotel is a bit dated but all clean which is the main thing. Quick one night stay. Arrived late and checked out early due to our plans so can’t comment on much tbh. Hotel was quiet so got a decent nights sleep'

'This is the worst hotel I have stayed on. We were put in the motel part, like pontins but 20 years older! Front door had light shining through it, light was hanging with loose wires, dead flies, spiders, cob webs, stains on sheets, bed side lights no light bulbs, grouting yellow in bathroom and windows held in with lose paint I did ring to complain but they weren't interested. The hole building needs knocking down. I got an email to say it's being refurbished, and to bear with them. If you...

'The room we stayed was so poor quality and too old nd very less maintained. The full carpet was dirty and stains with a very bad smell. The wardrobe in the room doesn’t have a door . The bathroom roof has a very big mark of dirty water leakage from the room or bathroom ups stairs. There is not even a shower curtain n the bathroom , so that we couldn’t bath . The tiles , window and window re covered with mold and not cleaned for ages . The room is not at all in an acceptable stage to stay or give...

'The room is not well kept. No enough toilet rolls and bathroom liquid soap'
