« Unknown to us, this hotel canceled the reservation we had made through Expedia. At check-in they told us we didn’t have a reservation and they were full and had no room for us. This left us stranded in an area with very little lodging options (few properties and all had no vacancy). « Property was clean, beautiful view of the lake and very peaceful. Bathrobes were a nice touch, bed was comfortable & there were plenty of pillows and towels. Loved the deck and grill, while eating late dinner in the deck we saw a bald eagle fly in to roost. Saw bald eagles other days flying around as well. Private beach has the most beautiful view of the sunrise. Although we didn't use it the fire pit was very nice & seating was provided. Shower is tiny and it's a small hotel size fridge but it...

« Beautiful place to rent and relax, the view is amazing and so peaceful. The house was perfect for us and clean!!. We enjoyed being close to town but in the middle of nowhere. Jim and Pearl are great hosts and gave us wonderful ideas of where to eat and things to do. »
