The space
Welcome to our beautiful and spacious VRBO Property, located in the peaceful town of Ryde, just a stone's throw away from the Delta River. We are thrilled to share our home with guests who are looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay while exploring the area. Nestled on 15 acres of land with beautiful pear trees, vineyards and lush green landscaping throughout giving you a private retreat feeling.

Our property boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms professionally decorated with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet with hangers, iron, high end mattress, a dresser, fully renovated private bathroom with tiled shower over tub, as well as a designated work space desk and a smart TV with cable. The second bedroom also has a closet with hangers, new high end mattress, dresser and a smart TV with cable. The guest bathroom has a tiled shower over tub. Each bathroom features towels, make up wash clothes, toilet paper, vegan friendly shampoo, condition, body wash, hand wash and lotion.

The living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind, with a beautiful floral accent wall, a bar with a barista mixology set and glasses, and a glass dining table with velvet chairs. There are also velvet bar stools to enjoy breakfast on the quartz island. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware, dishwater, utensils we and the appliances you'll need; including a toaster, microwave, air fryer, crockpot, rice cooker, blender. Coffee bar with Keurig coffee maker, Starbucks K cups, Tazo tea, creamer, stir sticks, and sugar packets. We also provide the basic necessities of sugar, flour, salt and pepper grinder, oil and vinegar, paper towel roll, dishwasher soap, vegan friendly dish soap, and vegan friendly hand soap.

In the home is a laundry room with brand new front loader washer and dryer. Free for you to use and we also provide some laundry pods and dryer sheets.

For your comfort of security we have a alarm system that you can use during your stay. Plus a nest thermostat which makes it easy to adjust to a comfortable temperature. Just recently installed was a brand new central heating and air conditioner to keep you extra comfortable. Keep in mind this home is located in agricultural land so the only internet offered is satellite internet. We pay for the highest speed which ranges around 1GIG UL/DL.

Our property is more geared to enjoying the beauty of nature and connecting with your friends and family. Outside, you'll find a lovely patio area with beautiful views that features a gas fireplace, a high-end outdoor comfortable couch, two swivel chairs and an egg chair. There's also a propane BBQ with utensils to enjoy a fresh family or friend cookout and a above ground swimming pool that's 18 feet long, 12 feet wide and 4 feet deep

Guest access
Around the property we have designated signs showing what areas the guests are able to use. They will never come near your designated area. Feel free to walk around the back pear orchard but try to stay away when farmers are working. We do not own the pear trees even tho they are on our land. Please please keep away from the neighbors property located to the left and right of the home.

Other things to note
Across the street is a private river access which is not available to guests. You must use delta river public access to enjoy the river. Our property is agriculture with pear trees and they do spray pesticides. We will try our best to alert you when they plan to spray. We do not however have control if the farmers don’t notify us. We don’t maintain the pear trees, our neighbors do. We provide varies car sizes to cover your cars to avoid pesticides getting on your car. Located in the under covered patio in the grey metal wall cabinet. We also advise you stay inside while they spray the trees near the home.
