'Our stay was fabulous! The Armory Park Inn is outstanding in *every* respect. From the gorgeous interior to the gracious staff, my wife and I knew we had found a winner. Amy and Dora anticipated every need we could have, with snacks, plentiful towels, fast wi-fi, robes, even blackout curtains. 'The room was a disaster. Every night at 4:30 am there was noise above us like someone was dropping something heavy on the floor. We called the front desk, they checked and couldn’t figure out what the noise was or where it was coming from. But the crème de le crème was the a/c unit. It would turn on sporadically and every time it did it sounded like an airplane taking off. So loud!!! Worst room ever!'

'Homeless people outside and you would't want to walk to nearby restaurants as I was advised when I called after a long work day and they said they were within 5 minutes walking distance...homeless people and not a very good area. I drove around forever to find a restaurant and parking is horrible.'

We felt that the room was not that clean (cleaned Some spilled water off the Floor with a tissue, it came off black). Spotted a mosquito corpse on wall. Staff could have been friendlier. Bed was alright, pillows mediocre. Expect Highway noise all night.'

'Excellent location downtown. Room design is a bit too minimalistic. Two tiny drawers for clothes. Weird electrical stuff going on in our room. Lights in entrance worked and then stopped working. Cannot turn on bathroom light without Master switch and all lights on. Bath fan never worked. Room design with shower and bath and glass sliding door does not provide privacy. Just a strange setup. Whomever is designing these hotels is focused on cost savings, not the user experience. '

'Honestly, it was just okay. The room was clean, so there's that. But the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The front desk staff wasn't exactly warm — I asked to have my Bonvoy number added and got what felt like an eye roll. It never ended up on my account either, so that was annoying. '2 years ago….good experience! Most recent (April 4) WAS NOT! Had planned to stay 4 nights, checked out after one! Reservation was for a double room. Called twice to request late check in. Very helpful staff! Asked if I wanted 1st or 2nd floor. Because of age, arthritic knees, and no elevator, I requested 1st floor.
